The CFO position is responsible for directing and managing accounting, financial and investment functions of the bank and the bank’s holding company; to include, but not limited to: investment, asset and liability, liquidity, interest rate risk, capital, and strategic management. The CFO will prepare and present financial reports to management, directors, and government agencies; develop and implement the bank’s plans and policies related to activities of a financial and strategic nature; and will be responsible for information and reporting systems of the bank. In addition, the CFO will provide oversight and administration of human resources, information technology and certain operations functions of the bank.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, and 10-15 years related banking experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
CPA or Masters in Accounting designation preferred.
Must have strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills
