Current Openings

 

We are seeking an experienced personal banker for our Warner Robins, GA branch. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years banking experience, preferably as a Personal Banker.  

 

Essential Functions

·         Adheres to the banks Customer Service Standards

·         Adheres to the BSA & Anti-Money Laundering Policy and procedures

·         Meet and greet customers

·         Open and process new accounts, including DDA, Savings, CD’s and IRA’s

·         Cross-sell the bank’s services and products

·         Research and answer customer inquiries; quote products and rates

·         Assist in answering the telephone and transferring calls to the appropriate personnel

·         Research and verify account information, and resolve problems for customers as

          necessary

·         Safe deposit box services

·         Order and reorder checks, debit cards and ATM cards

·         Set up customers and assist with online banking

·         Creating and authorizing wire transfers according to Bank policy and procedures

·         Attends required meetings and training seminars

·         Performs all work in compliance with applicable regulations and Bank policies and

          procedures.

 

Additional Responsibilities

·         Operates a teller window as needed

·         Performs other duties, as assigned

 

Required Education, Experience and Skills

·         High school diploma or GED

·         2-3 years banking experience, preferably as Personal Banker

·         Strong interpersonal skills to represent the Bank in a positive way in dealing with

          customers and other employees

·         Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office

·         Preference given to candidate with previous experience using Jack Henry 

          banking platforms

·         Excellent customer service and basic sales skills

·         Good verbal and written communication skills
